Staff working at this school are able to work with enthusiastic and motivated students and are provided with excellent opportunities for Continuous Professional Development (CPD). We exploit our links with local teaching schools and universities in order to ensure professional study (e.g. MEd, PhD) can continue if staff choose to pursue this.
