The Ongar Academy is deeply committed to knowing all our students, celebrating their strengths, and identifying and addressing any barriers and needs. We aim to provide an inclusive and aspirational educational environment for all our learners, and this is reflected in the broad and ambitious curriculum on offer.
We recognise the significance of the Pupil Premium Grant in achieving this goal, with a particular focus on attendance, raising aspirations, and closing the attainment gap.
